Falcon Copper Corp. is a U.S. based critical minerals development and infrastructure company building an integrated critical minerals supply chain focused on long-term copper supply and expanded domestic processing capacity. The Company is advancing copper-dominant projects across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and exploring the development of a large-scale domestic copper smelting and refining facility. Falcon Copper is led by an experienced management team with backgrounds in mining, industrial operations, and project development, aligned around long-term asset development.

Falcon Copper’s project portfolio represents a carefully assembled suite of high-potential copper assets positioned to strengthen America’s domestic mineral supply chain. Spanning nine projects across Montana, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and Alaska, the portfolio centers on opportunities with the scale, grade, and geology to emerge as important sources of US domestic copper supply and includes joint venture partnerships with Rio Tinto and Freeport-McMoRan.
