CARLA CONSOLI
DIRECTOR
Serving leaders in the mining, energy, real estate, manufacturing, and investment industries, Carla helps clients understand and navigate the environmental, water, cultural, and natural resource laws affecting their businesses. With over 35 years of experience, her work includes permitting new and existing facilities, environmental due diligence, securing water rights, natural resource evaluations, remedial activities, endangered species and habitat compliance, and agency negotiation. In addition to her law degree, Carla holds a Master of Science in Psychology which she uses to assist clients in discerning improvements to their corporate industrial and organizational patterns. Carla’s recent honors and recognitions include but are not limited to: The Best Lawyers in America, “Lawyer of the Year,” Litigation- Environmental, 2022 and Chambers Band 1 – Environment.
Richard Shapiro
DIRECTOR
Richard Shapiro has nearly three decades of investment management experience. Since 2021, Shapiro has served as the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Ridge Run Partners, LLC, a family office firm. Previously, he served as Portfolio Manager at Millennium Management, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, where he was focused on equity investments and was a Partner at Wexford Capital LP, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund and private equity firm. Shapiro holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Mr. Shapiro serves on the board of directors of public companies Altus Power (NYSE: AMPS), Orion Energy Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OESX), and Elah Holdings (OTC: ELLH).
RONAN
SABO-WALSH
DIRECTOR
Mr. Sabo-Walsh has over 15 years experience in accounting and corporate finance, with significant exposure to debt and capital markets, cross-border M&A, restructuring, and financial and corporate reporting throughout his career, particularly in the natural resources industry. Mr. Sabo-Walsh is currently the Chief Financial Officer of a private silver and base metals producer with assets in South America, as well as a director of a number of private exploration and mining companies. Prior to this, Mr. Sabo-Walsh was the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Novo Resources Corp. (TSX/ASX:NVO) and Irving Resources Corp. (CSE:IRV), and has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of a number of other mineral exploration companies.
